Turn your Iso down to 100 for this shot,
you will not have to stop your lens down so much, after f11 or f16 on a lens a phenomena called diffraction kicks in and you start to lose sharpness.
In addition the tighter a fstop you use the more the dust spots will show up because the light has harsher edges.
Try getting a rocket air blower turn the sensor cleaning on and hold the camera upside down and give it a few puffs of air, most dust specks can be removed without actually touching the sensor.
